Personal Online Banking

Once you have signed up for Citizens Personal Online Banking, you will automatically have access to all of your accounts including any new accounts you may open. You will have the ability to view up to 45 days of history on checking, money market, and statement savings accounts, along with approximately 14 months of history on loan accounts. Additionally, account information can be downloaded to your personal finance management software.

Citizens Personal Online Banking is a secure, convenient way to transfer funds between your Citizens accounts. It provides the flexibility of completing an immediate transfer, a future-dated transfer, or recurring transfers.

Online Bill Pay

Online Bill Pay provides a secure way to pay all of your bills, anywhere, anytime, without writing checks or purchasing stamps. Online Bill Pay is fast, easy, and convenient.

Once you have enrolled in Online Banking, you can start using Online Bill Pay. There is no separate enrollment process. Simply log on to Citizens Online Banking, click on the appropriate checking account, and click “Pay Bills.”
