You will have the ability to view up to 45 days of history on checking, money market, and statement savings accounts, along with approximately 14 months of history on loan accounts. Additionally, account information can be downloaded to your personal finance management software.

Once you have enrolled in Online Banking, you can start using Online Bill Pay. There is no separate enrollment process. Simply log on to Citizens Online Banking, click on the appropriate checking account, and click “Pay Bills.”
