Free eStatements
eStatements are electronic statements that you can view through Online Banking and will replace your paper statements. They are available as soon as they are posted, so you receive them much more quickly than paper statements and eStatements are FREE!

• Why should I sign up for eStatements?
  eStatements are a safe and secure way to receive your checking account statement and arrive faster than regular mail.
  By using eStatements, you are eligible to receive eNotices.

• How do I sign up for eStatements?
  Visit your local Citizens' Banking Center or call our Customer Service Center at 1-888-226-5237. For Citizens' locations, click here.

• How do I access eStatements?
  You will receive an email to let you know that your eStatement is available. You will access your eStatement through online banking. Click on your checking account and you will then see a “Documents” tab. If you do not see the tab (between the Transfers & Stop Pay tab) you may need to clear your cookies or temporary internet files. Click “Checking Account Statements” and a list of available statements will appear. Click on the statement you wish to view.

• Saving and Printing eStatements
  You can print or save your eStatements to your computer.

• What if I have a combined statement?
  Your e-Statement will look exactly like your current combined statement.

• What about my check images?
  eStatements include check images if you are currently receiving them. If you would like to add check images to your eStatement, please call our Customer Service Center at 1-888-226-5237.

• Will I still receive my paper statement?
  You will no longer receive a paper statement – think of how many trees you will be saving!

• How many months are available?
  Checking account statements are available for the previous 18 months.
